Space Planning
We have built simulators in spaces as small as 3,000 SF, and as big as 5,000 SF. In the smaller space, we leveraged local architectural design contacts to optimize the space, laying out three spacious simulator bays, a large bar, kitchen – all meeting code requirements.
Securing a Liquor License
Having a full-service bar can provide a huge boost to the bottom line. The problem is, the requirements for getting a liquor license vary significantly by state and local jurisdiction.
We launched a concept in a city that didn’t have an existing provision for indoor golf facilities. We worked with the city council to craft a local ordinance that was in line with the city’s goals, but provided a pathway to secure a liquor license from the state.
Bay Buildout and Equipment Sourcing
With our industry connections, we secure golf simulator bays constructed at 20-30% below the market rate. For our existing locations, we have evaluated numerous turf, screen, projector, and computer options to discover the ideal combination that delivers a premium experience at a reasonable price.
